Educated in Townsville, Jacqui was one of the first law graduates from James Cook University in 1992.
Jacqui was employed by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Townsville and subsequently Cairns in paralegal and office management roles for 10 years, before being admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2003. Throughout her employment with the Director of Public Prosecutions Office, she gained valuable knowledge and experience of criminal law in the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland.
Jacqui joined the Criminal Law Division at O’Reilly Stevens following her admission to practice in 2003 and now focusses her practice on representing clients charged with serious criminal offences. Jacqui is also the managing director at O’Reilly Stevens Lawyers.
